HK shutting down?? - no response since 2 days, account not accessable

Is HK shutting down?

No live support button any more.
No reply within 2 days.
No email after trying to "retrieve your password" appr. 10 times on several days.
I am 99% sure I have not changed my password. But account is not accessable any more.
Without login into your account you can NOT contact HK. What a mad idea.

Does somebody know what is going on???
