I received a pack with 2 x Batteries Turnigy 5000mAh 3S §=C Lipo pack (EU warehouse). Both was damaged due to a "Non existing sufficent blockage" of good inside. Just a light pack of paper over the two carton boxes of batteries.
This is not acceptable! Those elements are eavy, and needs stong blockage around pack to keep them solid inside. This to avoid damages during transportation.
I have photos of batteries details "to your disposal as per request"
Please, to reply c/w your position versus that fact?
