Payment abusrdity

Why is it every single time I place an order ,,I select pay dollar and it rejects my card,,,if I select payday it wants me to login in which I do not and don't intend on gettin a paypal account,,,PayPal says login first,,,pay dollar rejects payment but if I go to pay dollar and take 20 more steps after it rejects my payment I am able to go through PayPal without an account,,,this is stupid and absurd and I refuse to get a paypal account when it was never needed before and apparently still isn't if you are willing to put up with the garbage you are forced to go through
