I have experienced one of the worst chat session just moments ago. The CS agent was not comprehending well and kept on giving negative or responding rather vaguely. He does not know how to handle customers well and Rohel also ended my chat session with him prematurely and quoted that he cannot accept such language? I never cursed during our conversation, but he gave me that without warning an suddenly closed the session.
