Hi,
I tried to place an order on the Australian warehouse ( O/N 20010764044 ) and was not happy with price variation between listed and billed and the fact of buying in A$ and being billed in US$. I submitted several requests for the Australian warehouse telephone number to be supplied ( The one I had was disconnected ??? ) and no action was taken by your JOKE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased from another source except foe one item I could not get so HOBBYKING missed out on sales ( about US$ 45 ). Multiply this by other unsatisfied customers and it is a lot of $'s. In my Flying Club there is an element of discontent with HOBBYKING and I obtained my alternate source from them.
Please note I am a PLATINUM Customer with a few years purchasing history that is rather PISSED OFF. If you do not want customers to contact your International warehouses you have done a very good job. How hard would it be to list the contact telephone numbers of these outlets as your competition do ???
