what is pay dollar?
I have pay my order via paypal, in my bill there was an item call Paydollar, what is it?

Pay Dollar seems to be a service HK has purchased that handles payment world wide. Unlike PayPal that is free to account holders, as the vendor pays, Pay Dollar charges you the buyer the fee. Unfortunately, HK has chosen to not disclose this change and its amount. This charge shows up in your PayPal account.
