Lack of Communication

Why is it that Hobbyking do not want to talk to there customers.
I had a problem with a model I got over the Christmas period,the time it took me to communicate to them was frustrating to say the least,everything has to be done electronically as there is no phone number. To actually talk to to someone would have saved me a whole lot of time and stress. In the end the problem was solved but only because I drove 100 miles to the UK warehouse where I could actually communicate with someone. Please get real give your customers a phone number.
