WHERE ARE MY ORDERS? DO NOT BETRAY MY TRUST ON YOU!!!!!

I made a order a month ago and 2 others latter. But none of them has been shipped. All orders status just "PAID" forever, never change. I see all of the items are in stock. No acceptable reason to delay shipment for a very LOOOOOOOONG time. I send a complain mail to CS, but they do NOT reply at all. What is wrong HK? If you do not want to ship the items I have paid, just give my money back.
The fact that I made new orders before previous orders been shipped can not mean any further than I DO trust you. No shipment, no information, no answer.... You really destroy my trust on you. I have to say to others what you have done.
to warn them that doing business with you is really high risk.

I want to ask to community, if HK won't ship my orders, how to make my money back.
