account problems

Dear Sirs,

I have alrready another account with email-adress t.c.hahn@web.de. Untforunately it is not possible to log in because I forgot my password. I tried several times to retrieve a new password, but it does not work. I wan to use my old accout again instead of this one. Is it possible go get a new password?
