low battery alarm KK 2.1

There are 2 pins just below and to the left of the pins for the warning buzzer for low battery on the top of the new KK2.1 controller I just received . The pins say Batt. on the board . Is this where I attach the wires from the power board so it will register my battery voltage ?

I have looked at several videos but they all require soldering additional wires.
