Terrible Customer after sale service.

I’m also a very disappointed customer, have ordered several times, yet my last two orders shipped from Singapore to Mexico, instead of Ecuador. It has now been 47 days without any response at all. Sadly I had enough of this, lost couple hundred dollars and worst of all, projects waiting parts will suffer more delay. Very frustrating.
