binding OrangeRx GR300 DSM2 to spektrum dx4c

Hells i got an OrangeRx GR300 DSM2 compatible 3Ch 2.4Ghz Ground Receiver

But i cant gett it to bind with my new spektrum dx4c ground controller with firmvare 1.0

why? Can i do somthing to get it working?

I am pretty sure the new DX4c will NOT work with the gr300 Rx's. Spektrum has done some changes to the new dsmr technology so it won't work with the GR300. I have tried the same thing without any success.
