What is going on with the U.S. West Warehouse?!!

Rumor has it that the U.S.West warehouse is being moved. It is almost devoid of everything that I always need! Is the rumor true? Where is it being moved to? When will I be able to get my usual supplies again? Is it going to be this way long enough that I should look elsewhere for the supplie that I need to finish the planes that I am now building? Seriously, what is going on?!!!
