Ordering batteries

I ordered 2 nano 6400 square batteries. While I was on the page, it give me a lesser price if I would add them to my cart. Tried to check out 4 times with PayPal and your page come back and said error please check out again. I final have to fully re register to complete my purchase. Where is the savings I am suppose to get? Thanks
