FollowI have an idea - stop stealing money from customers
Stop ripping people off. You have effectively stolen $500 from me. A damaged parcel was refused as instructed yet you business seems incapable of dealing with it. I am now forced to waste time to have the credit card transaction reversed as the service department have no clue of how to fix the problem. Each request for information is met with an idiotic response which goes nowhere beyond platitudes. Disgraceful.
