Order still hasn't shipped!!!!!!! It's been a week. No help from Hobbyking.

I'm fixin to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. Got a 419.00 order and it still hasn't shipped and no response from Hobbyking. My order that I placed two days after that order shipped though. What's the problem?
