Complaint I would like to contact Anthony Hand, listed as owner of Company

I have been trying to get a credit three orange receivers I ordered by mistake. Return by USPS and sent in all forms and postal tracking info. Contacted online support about five times. I feel my request for the credit is being ignored. Not getting anywhere very frustrated. The return was sent in under RMA 10933845-145563.
