Why did I get several emails showing orders when I only placed 1 order

Why can't I get I'n touch with anyone there why don't you help Your customers why do you have such poor customer service why can't you just have somebody answer the phone because it cost money I don't know but I'm really upset I can't get nobody and technical support I can't get nobody answer questions I'm just gonna quit I will send everything back in order from somewhere else if somebody does not contact me!,,,
