Faulty Items

I ordered 3 paris of upgraded aluminum arms for a Thorax hex. When I received them, two of the arms were drilled improperly so that the mounting holes in the arms do not line up with the mounting holes in the frame. How do I go about getting replacements for the two defective arms?
