Wish list, adding checkboxes with Title "Ordered" for every item, also "Desired Quantity"

I wish to see a modified Wish list.
Is the following request :
You must add checkboxes with Title "Ordered" for every item, also "Desired Quantity" .
That because we can keep tracking of items from Wish list.
