Unable to post

Why is it I get an unable to post message from International Warehouse when my order was clearly within postal limits? Why is the only other option Australian warehouse with $34.00 courier delivery on $80.00 order with no Australia post option? The order did not include batteries so that is not the answer. I have never had this problem in the past so is there a bug in the system?
