How do you think about the hobbyking's supporting center?

Hobbyking said My items are shipped 25th March with the tracking number.
But the tracking number was not available when I checked the number.
So, I asked 3 times Hobbyking's supporting center.
Hobbyking said with until 15th April .
OK.today is 15th April but the tracking number is not still available.
So, I asked again about it and how about refund all money to bonus point.
But Hobbyking center said , today Hobbyking will open investigation and after 30days consuming investigation, I can request refund.

May I say .....F.U.C.K -Y.O.U. Hobbyking?
