how lonng must i wait for back ordered items

I have had assault 450 parts back ordered for over a month now .if you sell me a product parts should be readily available somebody should get off their ass and service customers like they deserve I purchased two assault 450 helis thinking hobby king was a reputable company if you cant provide parts for the items you sell maybe you should get out of the buisnesss and let one of your more reputable competiters service the buying public.
