I have had a live chat with Edmar and he recommended me to mail you with my request.
Need help with my order number 20011339695. The order arrived to Peru fine and is ready for customs clearance but they are asking me for the FCC certificate number or the detailed technical specs for the following products in that order:
- OrangeRx T-SIX 2.4GHz DSM2 Compatible 6CH Transmitter w/10 Model Memory and 3-Pos Switch (Mode 1)
- Boscam TR1 FPV All-In-One Camera and 5.8 GHz Transmitter with HD Video recorder
That information is requested by Peruvian custom agents to clear out the goods.
