I didn´t receive my product yet, it´s beem almost a year so far.

I am very worry about my order, i made a big order July2014 and didnt receive it, it been almost a year (Today is Apri/15). What worry me most is that the tracking code that used to show my ordes is now gone showing the message "404 - File or directory not found." in Hobby King site.
How should i proceed?
