Where is my order again, please dont close tickets until it is really solved.

Hello, regarding my question yesterday.

So, the tracking number you provide, states my order is at Hong Kong. The invoice you provided has a different form of shipping than I asked for, plus what you told me yesterday, one that only ships to UK. I live in Australia.

Now if my order was sent on its way on the 23rd, like your email states, I should be expecting it today and today is the 7th day.

I would more just like a confirmation, that, my order has been processed, it has been shipped, it is on its way, and the tracking number to be updated, so I can follow its progress.
