Telemetry

I have Sky DJT Telemetry Module +D8R-II Plus 8ch Telemetry Receiver on JR Radio and would like to have telemetry information showing the height of my quad.
I would like to buy all parts necessary to read from a small monitor which will be fixed on the transmitter handle. Which parts do I have to buy as I am lost?
