problem with a combo

Hello.
I recently purchased a Turnigy TrackStar 1/10 Brushless Power System Waterproof 4250KV / 80A and I think some trouble setting .
I installed everything and fail to start the engine after I set everything with Turnigy TrackStar Turbo and Waterproof ESC Programming Box.
I saw on YouTube how to set up and after the light turns orange remote is not recognized .
Interestingly, I put a regulator on a plane and started the engine with remote controlled from plane.And therefore what should I do to be able to use what I've taken from you.
Please help me in any way.
