Is TX-9X-M2 (Product ID) available now in HK (International Warehouse)?

Hello.

I'm almost sure I am going to buy yours Turnigy 9X 9Ch Transmitter w/ Module & 8ch Receiver (Mode 2) (v2 Firmware) - TX-9X-M2. The only reason I might not buy from you is a possible 2nd hand local purchase (but it isn't looking promising).
But I would like to know:
1) Do you REALLY have this in stock?
2) How long would it take to get to Portugal (EU)? - (don't consider time spent by local customs - I already know that)
