FVP and shipment

Hallo can you recommend a FVP system for first timer. I would like allot of range and good quality product wise and video. (looked at 3 d FVP)&(go discover FVP foam kit)
Shipment to South Africa is not insured.?
I have a Go Pro is this a sufficient camera to use?
