short order

I filled a RMA on the 13th and have had no reply ,my RMA no was 150901. Basically I have paid $71.70 for 3 batteries on order 20011121605 when there shoul be two 3s 3600 turnigy lipos as well .You sent me a e-mail stating there would be 5 batteries sent. Unfortunately the order only shows 3 lipos. You can see by the order that I have paid well over price for this order
