Customer support by phones with links to there warehouses.

Able to talk to a person which can totally help you in a much shorter time ( do not have to wait for a two day delay chat line). With links to your warehouses you could get answers to most problem orders and can get back to the CUSTOMER much faster. I do not see how you will keep your customers with the customer support now. you are just going to loose customers
