Li-Po Battery Connection???

I have a HobbyKing Eco Touch Balance Charger/Discharger but the instructions don't say how exactly to connect the batteries. Can anyone give me a video or moer detailed instructions on how to connect the NiMh and Li-Po batteries to this? Thank you.
