Turnigy Accucel-8 150W 7A totally Off

Hello, I bought Turnigy Accucel-8 150W 7A, few years ago. I haven`t used very often, maybe 20 times, always with 3s lipo bateries. Yesterday I tried to charge a Lipo 2S, 5500 mAh battery. Because there is not a balance port for this, I directly tried to charged, instead of balance. After 25 minutes, the charge was off, I didn´t heard any noisy. Now, I can not swicth it on again.
Any idea? Did I do something bad?
