Warehouse does not process paid orders promptly

I paid for my order with instant Pay Pal and all went smoothly to the print order phase. After that the order has been dormant and not packed or shipped for 12 days. I contacted HK via the Chat option 3 times and requested help and was pretty much given a sorry I cant help as it is the US warehouse. I requested phone numbers so I could try to resolve the issue as to why this order is not being shipped (yes all items are in stock), I was told there are no phone service at the warehouse which is pretty much a total lie. Asked if they would call the warehouse and again denied. I am a Platinum 4 year customer and get this type of faulty service what can you newbies expect. China does not nor will they ever care about service, it is their mentality. They think the best price wins! I think I will for one buy from other stores as much as possible. They have after many bad experiences finally proven to me they do not want my business.
