What happens to my order 20011488100 ?

same days ago I've made this order.
at the confirmation all materal were cheked as available
i've have payd trought Paypal immediately ( it does means that materials are reserved to me)
the first day after you said me by mail that battery that battery Turnigy 2200 is back in stok and if I want, to buy this on International warehouse were is available.
i use your readress and I see that this battery is = 0 on International warehouse, but in stock in European warehouse .
So, I dont understand no more. Where is the thrue?
the theme thoing happen now fot Mystery 12A and on International wareuse shit the information is the same : available on Europen warehouse and like to 0 in International
So, what is the real situation in yuor stores ?
after 7 order this is first time that I'm in this condition and i've paid 203 Us$ just at last 4 may!
Or materials are reseved as you say or this are only istories.
is not possyble that waiting for a back in stock other material can go in back the same; you assure the reservation of materials available
