My Sunbird, Ref 20011519345

On receipt of my Sunbird I raised a complaint regarding the instruction sheet, condition of the fuselage joint, fouling of the horizontal stabilizer joining rod slot etc. etc. Yesterday I photographed the offending items but the system you have for uploading photographs does not seem to be working. Can you give me a "separate / standard" email address to which I can send these photographs. As well as these complaints I have waited nine days, been charged 38.75% of the purchase price for VAT ( it is 20% in the UK ) and I am advised to retain the kit that I have currently as "evidence" Please note the first comment that someone has made under "Customer Reviews" regarding second quality models. I am very angry that HK appear to have sent me one of these, even the Packing List has NOT been stamped.
I repeat, can you send me a "separate" email address to which I can send my complaints as, thirty six hours from my first correspondence on this matter your FAQ style of issue raising does NOT seem to be working.
