How do you review a product?

I purchased a Hobbyking Center of Gravity Machine for Airplanes (AR Warehouse) and wanted to post a review. I logged in, went to my order page, clicked on that order, as of today no review had been posted on the AR Warehouse offering, clicked on the first to review, posted my review, clicked the box that I had purchased the product, and then posted. I must have done that 5 times in the last couple of days, and it is still not listed. If I go to the other two warehouses it will not even let me do that. What is the HobbyKing steps to posting a review?
