Perchases 20011520261,20011470435

I made made two purchases with number:20011520261 56.12 USD- 20011470435 64.98 USD. It has been more than a month and the packages still haven't arrived. Normally when I order shipments from your European warehouse it takes about 4 days. Can you please look into at and let me know what the problem is?
