order 20011934676 showing unpaid

Hi folks,
was just wondering I haven't received an email saying the above order has been dispatched. Checked here and the order is listed as unpaid. Checked my paypal account and it is listed as paid and completed on the 16/7. Oh, payment was made via CC and not echeque.
Please fix ASAP.
