How can I remove a screw with a stripped head?

I am upgrading an old Tamiya Fox by installing a Stabilizer Bar. I need to remove two aluminium screws, unfortunately I have stripped the head of one the screws. How can I remove the damaged screw as it is only a small diameter screw?
