Plush ESC Programming Card

I'm trying to buy some Turnigy Plush ESC's. The product description states:
"The programming card is an excellent Item and simple to use!".
So okay, I want to buy one with the 40A Plush ESC's I need. But your Search Engine can not find any such product! Also, the 'Related Items' tab on the ESC's product page is blank. If the programming card for the ESC wouldn't be a "related product", I don't know what would!!
