the ability to change and cancel order

Ive gone through this kind sort of things, sometime we just wanna check the exchange rate charged by paypal, but after we cancel the payment, we cant cancel the orders and our bonus point cant be recovered manually. so please hobby king, please add the "cancel my order" button like we used to long time ago..
