turnigy accucell 8150

I've looked but I haven't found the answer but only some idea about the Turnigy Accucell 8150 charger. It looks like it is used only by being powered by an external battery. Car or something like that. Is there a way to power it from home and AC power? (I live in the United States so it's 110 volts AC.
