Why can't I pay for my latest order?
My latest order comes up as unpaid.
I keep trying to pay but I keep going in circles. I'm a platinum customer. Please give me a reply. I want to stay a HK customer...but you are frustrating me.
I need this resolved.

Same here!! Round and round and it's making me buy elsewhere, hassle enough to get order happening without having to chase up someone just to take your money, very inconvenient!!!!

HOLD EVERYTHING!!! I think I got it! If you are ordering from the safari browser, that might be the problem. Try a different browser (firefox, chrome, etc.) It worked for me. Hope you get the same results. Happy shopping.

I'm so frustrated I could scream!!!! I tried ordering all day long and can't get through, nobody available, unable to order online.. I live chatted with Joram and he could care less if I ordered anything from HK, just wanted to cancel my order and get it over with. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HOBBYKING!!!!!
