You are not alone, I have tried as well and get the same answer, that they can not ship to Malta, most recently yesterday! I am looking now for alternative suppliers, mostly in Germany, more expensive but at least I can get parts, tried to access HK's UK warehouse to see if they would ship from there but the site won't let me access it from Malta. I have found the same problem with a few other EU based internet shops recently as well, so it may be a problem with courier services generally
