delivery time

Unfortunately me the goods have not yet been reached for ordering 20011796179. Because of a postal strike in Germany for a period of 4 weeks, there have been considerable delays in the delivery. But now everything seems to be going back and I have the goods still not. Do you have the possibility of an investigation? Me as a receiver is not supplied such information of the "Deutsche Post" / DHL.
