Parcel delivery.

I would like to know if there's a preview on the delivery of a parcel...
The purchase was confirmed on April 22nd, as the payment was done on April 21st.
But I still haven't recieved my parcels. Is there na explanation for this delay, or a preview in the parcel arrival? The order IDs for both parcels are: 20011403898 and 20011385711.
