Missing order via GLS

Hello, I have an order (ID 20011935761 ) that was to be delivered to Serbia via GLS (from the European warehouse). Since two weeks ago (20.6.2015.) the order tracking says that the order has been delivered, however, I have not received the order or any info about collecting it anywhere locally (post-office or whatever).
