HK-GT2E not working (order 20011979450)

The 24th of July, I received in good condition the 2 chanel radio system HK-GT2E I ordered the 20th.
The 25th, I tried to use this radio.
I put 4 batteries in the transmiter, and i switched it on. Then I switched the receiver on: the led flashed slowly and the servos did not move.
I tried more then 10 times to bind the receiver with the transmiter (sometime more then 1 minute) unsccesfully.
This radio is not working at all.
Let me know what I have to do now.
